PREPARATION
HOW TO MAKE THE WHIPPED GOAT CHEESE SPREAD
1.
Follow the steps in the dependent recipe to make the spread.
ASSEMBLING THE SANDWICH

Spread the whipped goat cheese lightly on both slices of bread.

Sprinkle some sliced olives over one side of each sandwich. Lightly press them into the goat cheese spread.
