PREPARATION
1.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
2.
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
3.
In a bowl, mix the chives, onion powder, and cream cheese together until well incorporated.
4.
Spread 1 tbsp of cream cheese spread over each chicken breast.
5.
Add 1 tbsp butter to the top of each chicken breast.
6.
Sprinkle each chicken breast with 1/4 tsp tarragon.
7.
Wrap the chicken breast in 1-2 slices of bacon, making sure it's wrapped tightly. Secure with a toothpick.
8.
Place chicken seam-side down on an ungreased baking sheet; bake at 400° for 30 minutes or until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with a fork.
9.
Increase temperature to broil; broil 8 to 10 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Let sit for a few minutes before serving.
