PREPARATION
PREPARING/COOKING THE CORN
1.
Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Rub the shucked ears of corn with the grape seed oil and grill, turning now and then.

Grill for ~10 minutes, or until corn is cooked through, slightly charred in places.
PREPARING THE RUB

While corn is grilling, in a small bowl, mix together the smoked paprika and red chili powder.
SERVING THE CORN
4.
Layer a very thin layer of vegenaise over the cooked corn and sprinkle with the powder mixture. Top with chopped cilantro and serve.
