INGREDIENTS FOR: WHOLE WHEAT PIZZA DOUGH

PREPARATION
1.
Prepare dough according to instructions (see dependent recipe).
2.
Preheat oven to 400F.
3.
Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface.
4.
Add 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup parmesan, slices of prosciutto and arugula. Top with remaining mozzarella.
5.
Put pizza on pizza stone or pizza tray and put into oven for 10 minutes.
6.
After 10 minutes, remove pizza and crack eggs on top. Put back into the oven for 10 more minutes (or until the dough is cooked and eggs are as you prefer).
7.
Top with salt and pepper to taste.
