PREPARATION
1.
Make the whipped goat cheese spread (see dependent recipe).
2.
Slice each fig into thin slices.
3.
Spread 1 tbsp of the whipped goat cheese on one slice per sandwich (or more to taste).
4.
Add 3 pieces of prosciutto to each sandwich, sliced fig and arugula.
5.
Can leave as an open face sandwich or add another slice of rye bread on top.
