PREPARATION
HOW TO PREPARE THE BEET HUMMUS
1.
Follow the steps in the dependent recipe for beet hummus.
ASSEMBLING THE SANDWICH

Toast the bread slices to your desired level of crispness.

Generously layer the beet hummus on one side of the sandwich.
4.
