PREPARATION
HOW TO PREPARE THE TARTLET CRUST
1.
Follow the steps in the dependent recipe to make the tartlet crust.

Preheat oven to 350 F.

In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and horseradish until smooth.

Stir in crab, paprika, diced peppers, and onion.
FILLING THE TARTLETS

In a small muffin tin (24 slots), lightly coat each slot with olive oil spray. Evenly distribute the tart crust into each muffin slot and puncture the bottoms a few times with a fork.
6.
Add the crab stuffing.
BAKING THE TARTLETS
7.
Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven for 16-18 minutes, or until the topes begin to brown.
8.
Remove and serve warm.
