PREPARATION
PREPARING THE WHIPPED GOAT CHEESE
1.
Prepare the whipped goat cheese according to the steps in the dependent recipe. Onit the chives.
PREPARING THE SAUCE

Make cranberry sauce by first rinsing and sorting through cranberries, removing any mushy ones.
3.
Place cranberries, orange juice and orange zest, maple syrup, bourbon, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
4.
Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer, uncovered, for about 12 minutes or until thickened. Place in a bowl and set aside. The sauce will thicken as it cools.

Place one spinach leaf on your cracker of choice.
6.
Spread a small amount of whipped goat cheese spread onto spinach leaf..
7.
Then top each bite with a dollop of cranberry sauce.
