PREPARATION
1.
Heat oven to broil.

PREPARING THE WHIPPED GOAT CHEESE SPREAD

Cut two sandwich size pieces from a loaf of a baguette and slice in half.

Brush the inside of all 4 pieces with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
6.
Place into preheated oven and broil until desired level of crispness is achieved.

Once bread is toasted, spread whipped goat cheese over each piece.
8.
Add enough pear slices to cover the surface of one side of the bread.
9.
Sprinkle some slivered almonds over the pear slices and top with grated parmesan cheese.
10.
Add the top piece of bread back on and serve.
