PREPARATION

Prepare the whipped goat cheese spread according to the recipe directions.
Preparing the Baguette

Turn the oven onto high broil.
3.
Slice the baguette into medium slices (or to desired thickness).
4.
Place on a baking sheet and place into the oven broiler for 3-5 minutes or until toasted to desired crispness.
Assembling the Bruschetta

Spoon a spoonful of whipped goat cheese spread on to each slice of toasted baguette.
6.
Top with 3-4 sundried tomatoes and sprinkle with chopped basil.
