PREPARATION
PREPARING THE MEATBALLS

Prepare the meatballs according to the dependent recipe.
ASSEMBLING THE KABOBS

Heat a grill to medium-high heat.

Using a skewer stick, begin by adding a slice of pepper, a slice of onion, a tomato, and a meatball. Repeat this a few times on each skewer.
GRILLING

Add each completed kabob to the grill and grill on each side until the meat is cooked through, about 3-5 minutes on each side.

The kabobs are done when the vegetables begin to char, the tomatoes begin to wilt, and the internal temperature reads at least 165F.
