PREPARATION
1.
Preheat the oven to 400F.
2.
Mix the diced peppers and toss with olive oil.
3.
Place on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes. Check on them after 10 minutes. You don't want them too soft.
4.
Slice the baguette and spread the whipped goat cheese spread over each slice.
5.
Top each slice with a spoonful of the peppers and sprinkle chopped parsley and sliced green olives over the peppers.
