PREPARATION
1.
Preheat oven to 350F.
2.
Prepare pizza dough according to instruction (see dependent recipe).
3.
Make taco seasoning (see dependent recipe).
4.
Cook ground beef until done, adding taco seasoning towards the end.
5.
While ground beef is cooking, roll out pizza dough on a floured surface.
6.
Spread refried beans over pizza dough, and top with ground beef.
7.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar, diced tomatoes and onions over ground beef.
8.
Top with crumbled tortilla chips and bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes. Check after 15 minutes to make sure dough is done. Bake 5 more minutes if it is not.
9.
Top with shredded lettuce, slice, and serve.
