PREPARATION
1.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.
Line a large baking trays with baking paper.
3.
Remove the stem of the pumpkin. Remove the skin with a knife and then cut in half. Remove the seeds and cube.
BAKING THE PUMPKIN
4.
Arrange cubed pumpkin on prepared tray. Coat evenly with olive oil.
5.
Bake for 45 minutes or until pumpkin is golden and tender.
